Returns & Replacements — Grace Apparel

At Grace Apparel, every piece is made with purpose and produced especially for you. We believe in excellence, integrity, and doing things the right way — “whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).

Because our apparel is made to order, we follow a no-returns, only-replacements policy.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or style preference

  • Normal variations in colour or print placement

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before ordering so you can choose with confidence.

Replacements (We’ll Make It Right)

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Or incorrect

Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@graceapparel.ca

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send you a free replacement — no return needed.

Shipping Notes

  • Return shipping is not required for approved replacements

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
