At Grace Apparel, every piece is created with purpose and produced especially for you. To reduce waste and maintain quality, all items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Processing Time (Production)

All orders require 2–6 business days for production
Production begins once payment is confirmed
Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods

Once production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

Canada

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

United States

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

International

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions may impact delivery.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD
Automatically applied at checkout
Does not include customs or import fees (international orders)

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Grace Apparel is not responsible for customs-related delays

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a reshipping fee
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by address errors

Lost or Stolen Packages

Grace Apparel is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@graceapparel.ca and we’ll assist where possible

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons:

Production and shipping times may be longer than usual
We recommend placing orders early for time-sensitive gifts
Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed

Preorders

Preorder items are produced after the preorder window closes
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed on the product page
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready

Returns & Replacements Reminder

Because all items are made to order, Grace Apparel does not accept returns or refunds.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer free replacements when reported within 7 days of delivery.
